What is the difference between "ticket only" and "with transportation"?
With "ticket only" you get to the park or activity on your own. Options "with transportation" include pickup from the point you choose: Playa del Carmen, Riviera Maya hotels or Cancun, depending on the tour.
Why are some days unavailable in the calendar?
Each tour runs on specific days of the week, which can change depending on the option or departure point. The calendar only lets you pick days when it actually runs.
What currency are prices in?
Base prices are in US dollars (USD). If you prefer pesos, switch to MXN at the top: we use a fixed rate of $18.50 MXN per dollar.
Are there extra fees?
Some tours have a dock, marine park or access fee paid on site. When it applies you will see it on the tour page and in your booking summary; it is not added to the price you pay us.
Do children pay?
Yes, with a child rate on tours that offer one (Children 5 to 11 years old). Some experiences, like Coco Bongo, are adults only.
